Tax Policy
We are required by State law to collect sales tax in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI
All California orders are subject to sales tax by Shopping!
Please note that our shipping carriers do not offer all service levels of shipping to certain locations. In these cases, packages will be shipped using the next best shipping service level or carrier as deemed suitable by ShopTronics. If an additional cost is associated with the alternate shipping method, we will contact you to confirm the extra charge before your order is shipped. Depending on the alternate shipping method, delivery time for your order may be longer or shorter than expected.
Return Policy: You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by ShopTronics within 45 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. ShopTronics does not permit the return of or offer refunds for opened software. You may return software provided the software is unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us. A restocking fee will not apply if authorization is obtained. To setup a return for refund call us at 1.888.321.1110 (please have your order number ready) between Monday - Friday: 8:15am - 5:00pm Eastern Time. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. After 45 days, returns will not be accepted.

Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us by UPS and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured.

Warranty/Defective Returns: All products sold by ShopTronics come with full manufacturer warranty. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by ShopTronics, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Please refer to warranty documentation included inside product packaging for complete details. Products returned to ShopTronics for warranty service must be shipped prepaid. ShopTronics will return serviced products under warranty prepaid to the customer.
